Tablet Support
We've done some tailoring in the layout for tablets. Functionally, the app is identical between tablet and phone. We're using Android fragments to take the different activities (that are full screen on smaller devices) and compose them together on one screen for larger devices with more real estate.

Getting Rolling...
The app is still in the very early stages of development and there's lots to do, but here's some screenshots of what we have so far! These are taken from a Nexus One running Gingerbread (2.3.6). The app will be compatible from Eclair (2.1) all the way to Ice Cream Sandwich (4.0) with an alternative layout for tablets. Here's a look at the current platform distribution.

The "Events" icon doesn't do anything yet, but the plan is to render a calendar view at the top and a scrolling list view below it. This will be "read only", but could in the future provide a way to also register for events.

This is using the really cool VOVIO library for audio playback. It also supports video streaming!
Use your imagination and pretend there's a devotion .pdf displayed in that right window ;)
Unfortunately, PDF rendering on Android is not as straightforward as one would hope.
This will list all staff members once the server-side database is populated. Each item (email/twitter/blog/etc) per member is clickable, and will launch an intent for that respective item.
The "Feedback" link initiates an email for sending questions/suggestions/bug reports, and automatically attaches device hardware info to help debugging.
